Hi! I’m Zonique Bekker, and I wear the hat of the Support Coordinator.
In my role, I’m all about building strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and guiding our amazing support team to deliver top-notch service through our call center.
I’m a master multitasker at home as a mom to three wonderful kids – including a set of energetic twins!

Yandré Bekker

I’m Yandré, a programmer at Mycomax. I specialize in building clean, efficient code and optimizing software performance. When I am not coding, you’ll probably find me fishing – because whether it’s debugging or reeling in a big catch, I’m all about patience and persistence and loved ones. These moments of downtime are my secret to staying inspired and ready for the next big thing.

William Beetge

Hi, I’m William and I am a code monkey.

Along with the other devs, I help keep MaxMoney ticking, adding new functionality as well as maintaining the system.
In my spare time I enjoy painting miniatures.

20 years in microfinance? You bet. I’ve seen it all, tackled the challenges, and found creative solutions along the way. But it’s not just about experience—it’s about making an impact. I thrive on helping businesses grow, simplifying complexity, and ensuring real results. When I’m not deep in the world of microfinance, you’ll find me outdoors, experimenting in the kitchen, or curled up with a good book and my furry friends. But when it comes to your success? I’m all in.

THOKO MJOLI

I’m Thokozani, but please feel free to call me Teekay, as that’s what my friends and colleagues usually do. I work as a Client Service Advisor at Mycomax. My primary responsibility is to ensure that our clients have the best possible experience with our MAXMONEY system. I achieve this by providing them with comprehensive training and support. Client care is also a key part of my role, as I strive to ensure that all of our clients are happy and receive the assistance they need.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending my time shopping online, watching TV, and most importantly, enjoying quality time with my loved ones. Most people don’t believe that I am an introvert 🙂

TAYANA MORKEL

Hi, I’m Tayana and I am one of the builders of the Mycomax ship.

As Senior Software Developer, I mainly write code to ensure that our fantastic loan management system keeps working like a well-oiled machine.

I love to travel and I especially enjoy experiencing different cultures around the globe.

TARIEN HARMSE

Hi, I am Tarien, Looking for your Tax Invoices and Statement? Well look no further. Financial Officer to the rescue. As a Financial Officer, it is my responsibility to help you with your account enquiries.

Fun Fact: Out of office, you will find me gardening, counting all leaves and making sure the soil they are planted in is not a liability but rather an asset for their growth.

I am involved in most facets of the software development life cycle of MAXMONEY and I am involved in the information security of Mycomax.

Hi, I’m Stephan. I am a Software Developer at Mycomax, where I focus on elevating client needs, modernising our platform, and unleashing my creative potential.
Fun Fact: My creativity extends beyond work—it’s also reflected in my love for hiking and exploring new adventures.

Ruan Rehder

Hi, I’m Ruan, and I’m a Technology Administrator at Mycomax. I act as a liaison between our Development and Support teams. With over six years of Technical Support experience at Mycomax, I strive to ensure seamless communication and make MAXMONEY the leading LMS of choice. I love exploring the local trails on my mountain bike in my free time.

RIAAN PRETORIUS

Hi, I am Riaan, and I get the chance to catch any issues before a MAXMONEY version is fully released. Fun fact: I enjoy the thrill of RC cars, the satisfaction of gardening, and finding creative ways to solve problems. Whether it’s fine-tuning a buggy, nurturing plants, or thinking outside the box, I’m always up for a challenge!

LYDIA DE VILLIERS

As Chief HR Officer, I am responsible for overseeing: recruitment, payroll, leave, performance management, and implementing HR Policies to ensure a positive work environment.

As Chief HR Officer, my focus is to make sure the right people are in the right roles to drive Mycomax success and growth.

I work with supportive colleagues who make me smile!

LOURENS BOSHOFF

Hi, I’m Lourens, I’m the one herding the cats.

As IT Director, I lead the IT team and do some Full Stack Development.

Fun fact: I love fly fishing and when possible travelling across borders to experience different cultures and cuisines.

Hi, I’m Louise-Mari and I head the support department.

My role here is all about ensuring our clients receive the most effective assistance possible, this includes not only directly helping clients but also training and mentoring our amazing support team to provide the best service.

When I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me puzzling, gardening, or hanging out with my wonderful, newly expanded family.

Hi, I’m Lethia! With 20 years in marketing, I’m fascinated by how design, strategy, and psychology come together to create impact. I love bringing ideas to life, solving puzzles, and making things work seamlessly. When I’m not immersed in marketing, you’ll find me in the kitchen—though, let’s be honest, tasting new dishes is my true passion!

Jobus Kotzé

Hey there, I’m Jobus, the superhero of servers, aka the Systems Administrator!

I’m the wizard who keeps all our digital dragons (servers) purring like kittens, ensuring they’re always up and running, no downtime allowed! When I’m not slaying server gremlins, you’ll find me taking long, scenic strolls by the sea, soaking up the good vibes and quality time with my awesome family and friends.

That’s me in a nutshell, or should I say, in a server rack!

Hi, I’m Janette Kleynhans, I am a customer onboarding specialist at MYCOMAX.

I assist with all new clients, taking customers from zero to hero with tailored setups and training sessions

I am an artist and herbalist.

GEZELLE MANIKUS

Hi, I’m Gezelle, and I work in Support at Mycomax as a Accounting Support Specialist,

I assist with supporting our clients on the Maxmoney system, ensuring they have the help they need to navigate and operate their branches and clients smoothly.

Outside of work, you’ll probably find me spending time with loved ones, or indulging in a good book or movie. I love keeping life balanced with a mix of work, relaxation, and fun!

DELESTE OBERHOLZER

Hi, I’m Delesté. I play a supporting role in the Finance Division.My role is a team effort with my colleagues to ultimately ensure that transactions can be processed correctly and in a timely manner, so that financial records and statements are captured correctly. I love to apply ideas in my house to transform it into a home for my family. New curtains, duvets, paint, shelves and plants cheer up rooms.

Hi, I’m Charmaine, the numbers guru keeping the Mycomax Financial Ferrari on the fast track, racing with numbers and balancing the Profit and Loss Statement! As CFO, I ensure that our financial strategies align with our goals, helping Mycomax grow sustainably and stay financially healthy. I’m pretty much always at my desk, but when I do take a break, I love to read fiction books and binge-watch series. On the side, I dabble in party planning when I have time

As a Software Support Specialist, I’m dedicated to assisting our clients in understanding and utilizing our software, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed. When I’m not working, you can often find me enjoying the great outdoors—especially hunting and often a bit of fishing as well! I love spending time in nature and getting away for a little peace and quiet.

Mpho Moatshe

Hi, I’m Mpho, Business Development Consultant and a part of the sales team. In my role at Mycomax, I help clients to reach their full business potential in the microfinance industry in giving them the best services for their businesses. I am a social butterfly and love interacting with people about anything and everything. The only hobby I currently have is being a mom to the most energetic kid ever.

Michaela Jacobs

Hi, I’m Michaela, and I’m a Customer Success Specialist here at Mycomax. I work closely with our clients to make sure they feel supported while using the MAXMONEY system. Whether it’s answering questions, showing them the ropes, or helping them through a tricky issue. I enjoy making their day a little easier and helping things go more smoothly for them. Something fun about me: I’m a big music lover and used to sing in a choir. I also have two pets who keep me company – Amber, my little Yorkie, and Misty, my cat. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me baking something or relaxing with a good book.

LISA MALAN

Hi, my name is Lisa! I’m a Customer Success Specialist in our awesome support team. Our team ensures that our clients have a smooth Mycomax experience and we are always ready to help. My goal is to help us be a top provider of support in the Micro Financing industry. Outside of work I enjoy a large variation of hobbies including hiking, participating in HEMA training, creating art, gaming, reading and crafts like knitting and baking. A fun fact about me is that I am one of the few Gen Zs who do not actively participate in social media!

Johan Dorfling

Hi, I’m Johan, Software Tester at Mycomax, crushing challenges to make our MAXMONEY and MAXAPP platforms run slicker than a dream loan. My testing mojo ensures our tech stays slick, powering Mycomax’s quest to turbocharge microfinance with innovative, user-friendly tools. Outside of perfecting our platforms, I’m a sports nutritionist, personal trainer, and boxing coach – serving up meal plans and knockout moves with style!
