Accounting Module:

QuickMoney™>> features a full Accounting system that is based on Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and includes all Financial Statements such as General     Ledger, Trial Balance, Income Statement and Balance Sheet. This incorporated  Accounting Module makes the necessity of a third party accounting software obsolete.

 Information Module:

NLR Enquiries and Credit Checks can be made within your QuickMoney™>> program.

Reporting Module:

Detailed reporting from over 50 different Management Reports are available and includes fraud detection and prevention reporting. NCR Reporting can be done from your software platform and contains all the information required by the NCR – including Form 15, Form 39 and Default Notices.

Early Debit Order System (AEDO and NAEDO):

The EDO Payment Collection System will trigger debits in correspondence with salary and wage credits on bank account level, thus diminishing the risk of R 0.00  return debits or unsuccessful payments. Electronic receipts can either be downloaded or imported on client level.

Security Module:

QuickMoney™>> features advanced security levels that can be customised per user.
