SENIOR MANAGEMENT:

Lethia Swart – Marketing Manager
After I matriculated at the Afrikaanse Hoër Meisieskool in 1989 I attended the University of Pretoria where I studied BA Literature Science. After realising that my field of interest was not necessarily my career path I spent almost two years abroad in Greece, Turkey and Israel. My passion for people and exceptional client service landed me in the Wedding and Events Industry where I was involved for the next 10 years. I studied Sales and Marketing at Damelin and specialised in Marketing. It was the year I finally found my passion!
I started with Mycomax>> in 2006 as Client Care and Marketing Manager and today I hold the post of Marketing Manager. I love the challenges and results that collide daily as there is never a dull moment! I believe it is one’s own responsibility to create a life that is worth living.

Lourens Boshoff – Product Development Manager
Since I always had a passion for computers and technology, I studied Computer Science at the University of Pretoria where I completed my BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Science in 2004. I started at Suremax as Junior Programmer in March 2005, from where I was promoted, in time, first to Senior Programming Analyst and finally to my current position as Product Development Manager. It is my job to oversee the in-house Software Development Life Cycle of Mycomax>> and to look after our client’s needs on a software level. My team and I strive to give the most generic and functional software possible. I love the challenges that go with software development and the problem solving that is required to achieve the best solutions for our valued customers. My other passions include rugby (Go Bulls!), fly fishing and computer gaming.

Lydia Badenhorst – HR Manager

She truly believes that achieving your dreams, is the most awesome fuel for the soul! Never before has she felt so good about life. With an increased work load and much more responsibility, she strangely feels calmer, more in control. She is forced on a daily basis to give gratitude for her good health and shared successes. “I believe the key ingredients for success are happiness, inspiration & motivation. So there you have it. What you make of your attitude, happiness and life is up to you.”

Rina Rall – Financial Manager
Rina Rall started as Financial Manager at Mycomax>> in 2007.
Her preparation as a Financial Manager commenced in 1981 when she started training as a Financial Clerk.
I studied LL.B part time for 2 years but changed to BCom. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen reasons, I could not complete my BCom degree. But I endured and later completed my International Diploma in Accounting at Pittman. The current Financial Team assisting me is Charmaine Jansen van Nieuwenhuizen and Elcaria van den Berg. Together we are a formidable team who aim to please our customers with sound financial support at all times.
