Within QuickMoney™

The MaxPay™ module provides for both AEDO and NAEDO transactions within your QuickMoney™ software.

We provide daily receipt downloads into your QuickMoney™ software as well as portal access where transactions and statuses can be viewed.

Within MaxPay™ Portal

Upload bulk NAEDO payments via .CSV (comma separated values) format to the portal

Within this platform you can edit, reschedule, and change loaded payments as well as view statuses of transactions.

QUICKMONEY™ REMOTE

Thanks to Cache, our powerful database solution, QuickMoney™ offers you the first real REMOTE functionality. Owners and managers can now manage multiple branches remotely.

Manage your costs and risk in a convenient way through your existing QuickMoney™ software.

There are two options available within this platform:

Remote Shadow Server

The data from different branches are shadowed to a central head office as “read only”.

Reports can be drawn and this will enhance management decisions. This module will reduce the risk of data being lost since automatic updates happen in real time.

Remote Workstation

With this module branches work on head office data level via WAN (Wide Area Network) and VPN (Virtual Private Network). It offers full control and management of your branch network and enhances your productivity by cutting costs.

Data at your head office can be edited and the system offers centralized approval of loans.
